Meet Jana Caudill, a real estate trendsetter who has been making waves in the real estate scene since 1996, achieving over $1 billion in sales and counting. After earning her degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, Jana learned the art of negotiation in the insurance sector before discovering real estate, and that's where the magic began. Her Midwest roots and unwavering work ethic set the stage for her remarkable career, as the first Keller Williams franchise owner in Indiana. She etched her name in history by becoming the #1 Keller Williams Mega Agent nationwide and earned her recognition from esteemed publications such as Forbes, Lore Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. She held the role of Regional Director of the Mid-American Region and opened her own independent brokerage before partnering with eXp Realty. Jana continues to own and operate a full-service SW Florida team, as well as the #1 team in NW Indiana.
Jana's upbringing on an Indiana Holstein dairy farm instilled a strong sense of success from a young age. It all began when her show calf, Betty, earned the highly coveted All-American Award. With her father's entrepreneurial influence, she learned the importance of honesty and integrity, laying the foundation for the core values that guide the business she leads today.
