As an alumni of the University of Iowa, Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in English, accompanied by a minor in Communication. Her journey in the Human Resource industry began with a focus on job recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

 

Melissa's personal life revolves around her loving family. She and her husband, Brian, have successfully raised two amazing boys. As a family, they cherish spending quality time together, engaging in activities such as playing card games, watching movies, and enjoying outdoor adventures.

 

Beyond their personal pursuits, Melissa and her family actively contribute to the community. They passionately participate in a foundation that provides scholarships and maintains little league baseball fields.
